– All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Pallet Australia.
– We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, inaccuracies, or unforeseen circumstances.
– A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order via email or other written confirmation.
3. Pricing and Payment
– Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified.
– We reserve the right to modify prices without notice; however, prices confirmed at the time of order remain binding.
– Payment must be made in full before delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
– Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods specified on our website.
– Late payments may incur interest charges or penalties as permitted by law.
4. Delivery and Pickup
– Delivery and pickup options are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
– Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
– The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
– Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or pickup completion.
– For missed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional charges may apply.
5. Inspection and Acceptance
– Customers must inspect products immediately upon receipt or pickup.
– Any issues such as damages, shortages, or defects must be reported within [48 hours] of receipt.
– Failure to report issues within this period may be deemed acceptance of the goods.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
– If products arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
– Cancellations prior to dispatch may be eligible for a full refund minus any cancellation fees.

– Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and subject to inspection.
– Refunds will be processed through original payment methods within 14days of receipt and approval.

9. Customer Responsibilities
– Ensure someone is available at the delivery address during scheduled delivery times.

– To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pallet Australia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.
– Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant order or service.
– We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, courier delays, or acts of third parties.

– You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pallet Australia, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
